ABOUT GENEALOGY TOURS OF SCOTLAND
The Background
As I was speaking to groups of family historians, I became aware of a large number of researchers who had Scottish ancestry but who had never been to Scotland. I wanted them find a way for them to feel deeply connected their ancestral homeland and from that, the idea of organizing genealogy research tours to take place on site in the repositories in Scotland was born. Now more than a decade in, I continue to be deeply humbled by this genealogy journey.
