Terms & Conditions: 

1. Participants are placed on the “reserved” list upon receipt of the initial down payment of $450.
2. Participant is considered “booked and confirmed” upon receipt of full payment of the tour.
3. Full payment must be received within 120 days of the tour. Refunds will be made up to 120 days prior to tour start date under the following conditions:
   • Full refund 180 days prior to departure
   • 50% refund 120 - 179 days prior to tour start date
   • 0% refund less than 120 days prior to tour start date
4. Group discounts are not guaranteed and are subject to availability
5. All costs are based on per person per night basis.
6. Medical insurance is not covered in the tour package and securing such is the responsibility of the participant.  

Liability:

We accept responsibility for ensuring that all component parts of the tour arrangements which you book with us are supplied to you as described on our website and to a reasonable standard.

While we have taken all responsible steps to ensure that arrangements have been made for all the components of the tour for which you are booked and which are advertised on our website, and have taken responsibility to ensure that the suppliers of the various services which will be provided to you as part of the tour are efficient, safe and reputable businesses, and that they comply with the local and national laws and regulations of the country in which they provide those services, we have no direct control over the provision of services to you by suppliers.
